In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ht51", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ht51 platform and its operating entity, reachable at https://ht51.cam.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who accesses the ht51 website, registers an account, or places a wager on the platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on ht51.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds currently held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, matched deposit amount, cashback, or free bet awarded to a Player by ht51 under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age-verification process that ht51 requires Players to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the ht51 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and betting markets.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn from the Platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct listed under Section 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, and the use of automated betting software.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all platform operations, draw schedules, and support hours unless otherwise stated.

Use of the ht51 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's registration and continued use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use. ht51 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within the Indonesian jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ht51 or any of its affiliated studios or providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ht51 or any recognized responsible gambling organization.
• You must not be using any VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. ht51 accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible Players.

To access ht51's betting markets and game library, you are required to register a personal account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on ht51 at any time. The existence of multiple accounts — whether intentional or inadvertent — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ht51 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Allowing another individual to access or operate your Account is a breach of these Terms.
• Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. ht51 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant account balances, provided the balance exceeds Rp 25.000. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

ht51 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC completion is required before any withdrawal request is processed and may be requested at any time during a Player's use of the Platform.

To complete KYC, Players must submit the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Indonesian identification document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — is the standard accepted document).
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding the identification document next to their face.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered e-wallet account showing name and account number for OVO, DANA, or GoPay).

ht51 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the standard submission is insufficient to confirm identity, age, or payment method ownership. Refusal to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

ht51 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Rupiah. The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to an administrative processing fee.
• ht51 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transfers.
• ht51 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or where unusual deposit patterns are detected.
• Deposits credited to your Account in error must be reported to customer support immediately and may not be wagered or withdrawn.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money (non-bonus) funds at any time, subject to completed KYC verification and the conditions set out below.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name, matching the name on your verified KYC documents.
• ht51 processes most withdrawals within 15 minutes during operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the start of the next operating window.
• Gold tier members are entitled to priority withdrawal processing and guaranteed same-session payouts for amounts up to Rp 50.000.000.
• ht51 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Checks may extend processing times for individual transactions.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

ht51 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: New Players are eligible for a 100% matched deposit bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rp 1.000.000. The welcome bonus carries a 10× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount only. For example, a bonus of Rp 500.000 requires Rp 5.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance is convertible to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering Contributions: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 25%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%; slots contribute 100%; crash games contribute 75%.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of the date of issue. Unvested bonus balances expire at the end of this period and are removed from the Account.
• Bonus Restrictions: Bonus funds may not be used to place bets with odds lower than 1.50 in sports betting markets. Bets placed at odds below this threshold do not count toward wagering requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Mix Parlay Boost: The weekly mix parlay (accumulator) bonus of up to 50% applies to accumulators of five or more selections, each with minimum odds of 1.50. The boost is calculated on net winnings after stake deduction and is subject to a 5× wagering requirement.
• ht51 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the welcome offer more than once, systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusive play — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and potential permanent account suspension.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the ht51 Platform. Game-specific rules (including rules for togel, sabung ayam — traditional cockfighting betting — bandar bola — football pool markets — and live casino) are published within the relevant game section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Placement: A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation notification from the Platform. Bets not confirmed due to technical error are void and any deducted stake is returned to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. ht51 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on a per-account or per-market basis.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in the event of data feed errors, event cancellation, force majeure, or where ht51's fraud detection system flags the bet as being placed in bad faith. Voided bets are returned in full to the Player's Account.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. ht51 may suspend live betting markets at any time where data integrity cannot be guaranteed. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured using the odds at the time of acceptance.
• Togel Draw Results: For togel SGP, HK, and Sydney markets, official results published by the relevant lottery authority at the scheduled WIB draw time are final and binding. Disputes regarding draw outcomes will not be considered where the official result has been published and accepted by ht51's data provider.
• Error Odds: ht51 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted due to a manifest error (e.g., a decimal odds entry of 100.00 where the intended odds were 1.00). Players placing bets in evident knowledge of an error odds situation will have those bets voided regardless of outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ht51 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on ht51, including accounts held under different names or using different payment methods to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, exploit promotions, or access the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Charging back any deposit made to ht51 via a bank or e-wallet dispute mechanism. Confirmed chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or low-risk wagering strategies explicitly designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements without genuine participation in the intended game.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

ht51 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and actively supports Players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling behaviour. The Platform provides the following tools and measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. The Platform will issue a reminder notification when the limit is approaching and will automatically log the Player out upon expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net wagering activity to support informed decision-making during extended play sessions.

All content on the ht51 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and data compilations — is the property of ht51 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ht51.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is used on the Platform under licence. These studios' own terms apply to their respective games.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ht51 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Any interruption to Platform services caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures), or cyber-attacks beyond ht51's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your disclosure of account credentials to any third party.
• Losses arising from participation in games or markets where the Player did not fully review applicable game rules prior to wagering.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even where ht51 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ht51's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ht51's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ht51 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ht51 will notify registered Players via email and will display a prominent notification on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days following the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ht51 holds its international operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Players should first contact ht51 customer support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. ht51 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved directly within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by ht51's international licensing authority.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent and irreparable harm.
